When should I arrive at the parking area?
Please allow 15 minutes for parking, luggage transfer and shuttle. Airlines recommend being at check-in at least 2 hours before departure, and 3 hours for flights to the USA.
When do I pay?
Payment is always made after pickup. You can pay conveniently in cash, by EC card, VISA or MasterCard. Frequent parkers can also receive monthly invoicing.
What does check-in or hand luggage mean?
For pickup coordination it is important for us to know whether you travel only with hand luggage or have checked baggage.
When will we be picked up?
We pick you up as soon as you have received your luggage and are ready. Please call our shuttle number +49 (0)177 3334428.
When should I call for pickup?
If everything runs normally, we assume you arrived with the flight you gave us. Please inform us if you were rebooked. If a flight is delayed, you do not need to inform us.
How does the reservation work?
The easiest way is to reserve online. Use the Booking button and enter the required data through the secure booking page.
What happens to our data?
Your data is only processed by us. It is not passed on to third parties except where needed for partner services such as invoicing for car wash services.
